描述
Also known as the Conde Nast Building, this 52-story postmodernist landmark overlooks Manhattan's ever-bustling Times Square instersection. It is known for the enormous NASDAQ stock ticker wrapped around one of the corners at its base, and the enormous billboards perched at each face of its crown (currently H&M).

This was a commissioned asset, so make sure to thank the requester for allowing it to be made public!

And don't forget to download the H&M Logo for the top - or, if you want to use your own ads, don't download it! (or just turn it off)

9 x 9 x 340m
(including antenna sub-building at 1900 tris, 256² textures)

Thank you so much for making this buidling! It's not as popular as the Empire State and One World Trade- but I find it very beautifull. Nice work!:steamhappy:

@ramonut thanks for the kind words! yeah I have mixed feelings about big flashy new things going up, the skyline in Chicago is constantly cluttering up with ugly monsters

This actually looks better than the real building (good job). This building and 432 Park ave are imo really disgusting and are blight on the NYC skyline.

@cmdp1989 oh I appreciate that! plus I have learned that there may be a way to mess with shaders and create some different glass effects, so maybe something in the future!
