for what is this mod used

Extremely useful when I need to measure out the headroom under bridges and viaducts. I use this alongside prop versions of the vehicle assets I will be using when I need to make sure they will fit.

I hate myself for having ignored the infinite usefulness of this asset for the last 6 months.

fatzat. Of course you need Prop Snapping MOD and Move It to place it anywhere.

I just discovered this prop. Great idea!! I plan on using this when building interchanges. I get that I can use MoveIt!, but mods will allow me to place this on a road or in the air? I'm guessing prop anarchy, but will I also need prop snapping?
