About:
George Hudson and Son published a series of Australian Edwardian-era weatherboard homes from a catalog in 1915. This is Model 4b in a set of homes that I hope to finish.

I've gone with custom assets for these models, the assets that I've used can be found in the collection. After some planning, decided to stick to 2x4 and 3x4 plots as that is closer to what is found around the middle-ring suburbs, but may do a few shorter lots as well. Tried to also plan ahead and create a set of textures that will be able to encompass the entire series of Cottage Homes from the era. Compared to the smaller variant, I've added some details to the verandah columns, but found a few tris to remove elsewhere, so was about a wash. If you are using the Loading Screen Mod, it should have a minimal additional memory footprint.

This fine old cottage wants an asset that the unfortunate creator removed from the workshop (Negative karma points to that person)

This shows up in my Theme Manager as a level 1, rather than a level 2.
