How to
Start the first level, drop down the chute, kill all enemies in the street, then jump up to the ledge outside the first secret area (above the big brown box to the right of when you drop down to the street)

Now, save on that ledge, then enter the secret room/area. It will count +1 to the achievement. Load the save, and enter again. Once again it will count it +1 towards the achievement. Rinse and repeat until you get the achievement.

This works for every secret area; however you MUST remember to save right before you enter the secret area(s) to be able to do this correctly.

I even tried playing newer levels while following a guide to find every secret. I'm at Lunar Reactor and it's still 54 secrets. I think it's broken.

They could've fixed it by now. It's been 3 years since I've played the Steam version here.

This doesn't work. My achievement progress froze at 54 for some reason.

Or if you don't want to be the ultimate loser and have all your friends laugh at you can do it the legit way and actually legitimately find all the secrets.

....or you could just be a Duke Nukem 3D pro like me and actually find 70 different secret while playing through the games with ease.

It should be 70 different secrets! I noticed this after I died and went back to the same secrets.

Thanks, I'm sure I found more then 70 sercets when playing through all 4 episodes and the three expalsions, but half of them didn't count for some reason.

Hm, this is an achievement exploit. Should be reported to the devs.
