You need at least a few points where you can stop and breathe for a second, otherwise you're kiting endlessly and not even sure what you're kiting through (this is especially bad on Suicidal and HoE with husk flamethrowers, bloats that take half your health and spinning gorefiends). If you're constantly running into husks you can't see, it makes for an easy wipe.
I might even say remove every other shrubbery, but I think every third would be fine.
While Im sure you planned this to be a simple project for fun with friends, here's a bit of criticism out of personal preference:
1. I like the idea of having shrubbery in the way, hiding paths, to make the map more mazelike, however, it just comes out to be a bigger annoyance (visually and gameplay-wise) than it is immersive. It could be better done via secret paths; the best way to describe this is if you had two parallel lanes( l l l l ) next to each other, shrubbery would best be placed from one to the other to form an "H" like pathway ( l l==l l ). In its current state, the maze is either too small or too connected to form any real strategy in terms of pathway.
I would love a larger version of this map. This is one of those concepts that help bring back the horror aspect to Killing Floor and I openly welcome all those like it.
