Adds the Pokemon Espurr as a playable character!
She starts with three red hearts, one soul heart, a very small damage bonus, the item Telekinesis, and psychic/homing shots.

May be worth trying again with the unlock thing, as there are more and more mods lately adding their own unlocks, like Job, Mastema, and Andromeda

I have small favor to ask, but could you buff Espurr with an item called "Telekinesis"?!
I would say that this would fit on a Psychic type pokemon and early on, it's a fun item to use.

Espurr has always been quite a fitting pokemon to add, surprised it took this long. Although despite starting with psychic tears, she seems rather underwhelming compared to most other characters (with all their unlocks of course). Hopefully you do add some fitting unlocks to add on to her start.
