A retexture for Doktor Haus' M16A4 compile.

Based this off of BF3's M16A3. Features a new tan and worn finish, new normals, and new exponents. Did some material editing recently to further polish the retex.

This is not intended to look EXACTLY like the one in BF3. I just based it off the style and the color scheme and the wear and tear and ♥♥♥♥. And lastly i did not make nor compile nor animate nor add the attachments to the model, so if you have a problem with the placements of such simple things, get your asses over to Doktor Haus' palace and complain to him there.
