Ringworlder (2.0 Legacy)

Descripción
The latest version for 2.1 is here: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1394941415

Ringworld populations and buildings rescaled.

Ringworlder is a WIP mod that takes a stab at trying to scale up ringworld populations and structures without utterly annihilating game-balance.

MODIFIER: RINGWORLDS ARE REALLY BIG
Any ringworld you construct or repair will get this planet modifier. See the slideshow for exactly what this entails.

CIVIC: RINGWORLD REFUGEES
This civic starts you in a system with a ruined ringworld and the ability to repair ruined ringworlds.

Make sure to take a close look at the slideshow to get a better idea of what the mod is attempting.

RINGWORLD BUILDINGS
There are six types of zone that can only be built on a ringworld: agri, commercial, industrial, power, research and residential. See slideshow for details.

KNOWN ISSUES
If you play Ringworld Refugees, you may end up with your homeworld and/or other planets in the system on top of the ruined ringworld. I'm investigating a solution.

COMPATIBILITY
Built against Stellaris v2.0.1.
Over-rides common/megastructures/00_ring_world.txt in order to add the new civic as an unlock for repairing ringworlds, and the scaling modifier.
Alternative Tilesets does over-ride common/planet_classes/00_planet_classes.txt, so if you don't want your other planet mods messed up, you'll have to live without the new ringworld tile-set and make do with gigantic beaches and palm trees bloody gaia (blech).

I highly doubt a current save-game would survive activating this mod. Start a new one.
