• Is that mod compatible with the main quest and the DLC?
==> This mod is fully compatible with the main quest of Skyrim and the DLC (they are not required).

• How can I rebuilt the city?
==> To repair the city, you should go talk to the architect who is in the jarl house of Whiterun. It will cost 30,000 septims.

• The architect don't want to speak with me ...
==> You have to save and load this new save, it will fix that bug.

• I payed 30,000 septims for what?
==> Now you're the owner of the Hunter's House in Helgen with a lot of chest and mannequin.

• The first quest of the main quest is in french!
==> I fix that bug, you have to download the new version of this mod.

This mod is compatible with Dawnguard , Hearthfire and Dragonborn and incompatible with other mods that modify Helgen.

Works great, just made some minor changes to things that i did not like and i gave the architect a new name (Floki "The Builder") and gave him some packets so he don't just stand in one place all the time ;)

There's no quest. You pay the Architect to do all the work.
Still enjoy the mod but it's always seemed weird to me that the Architect is not found in Falkreath Hold, since Helgen is in Falkreath. Guess Siddgeir will sell land but is too cheap to rebuild his own town, so doesn't welcome capable craftsmen.

the player home exterior walls porch are see through. door is still visible and working inside looks okay just outside only thing visible is tanning crack steps and door.

Been using for a couple years in Oldrim, excellent mod, thanks. Great to see Helgen rebuilt especially since Falkreath is such a mud pile. Wish NPCs were unique or friendly but whatevs, love the merchants. Appreciate that it’s navmeshed for followers including the player home. If you ever come back to this, the lighting inside the inn and Hunter’s house is glitchy but otherwise it’s a good single bed player home with crafting.
Agreed: wait till after intro to install. You can’t afford it anyway at the beginning; reconstruction of a town isn’t cheap. Upvoted.

It is a very intresting mod, but is not working for me. The locations are on the map, but when i go to Helgen, it is still in the same way, with everything destroyed

Just a heads up to everyone.
DO NOT start a new game with this mod installed till you exit the fort/cave network.
Took me a bit to figure it out, but this mod really FKs up the start scene of the game.
However starting with out the mod enabled, New game will start as it should

Somehow I managed to buy the rebuilding of Helgen for a mere 3600 septims!
