Report a translation problem
In main menu, open the console Shift ~ , and type changelevel 1 X .
Exemple: "changelevel 1 11" is the map "The Washington Institute".

Activate a cheat code
1 = Very happy ammo added
7 = Spawned a chair friend! (This one could come in very handy. ;) )
12 = Flying mode (on|off)
13 = Pause AI (on|off)
16 = The feeling hit me like a point-blank shot straight to the face-- (I'm not certain what this one does yet)
17 = Show map (on|off)
18 = God mode (on|off)
19 = Map is now completely - Thank you for playing. (Does what it says)
20 = No clip (on|off)
21 = Got all weapons
23 = Got all keys
24 = Dump debug map/data to file
26 = Bring it on! (not exactly sure what this one does just yet)
There might be one or two more old ones kicking around in there that still do something... but I'm not sure, I didn't look close enough to be certain.

Side note, you can also bind them to keys by typing in bind <key> activatecheat<ID>. Comes in handy for noclip/fly codes!
Otherwise, the console should do the trick without those pesky keyboard issue.
