EzE's -Artifact Disenchanting - Dragonborn -

Changed some of the artifacts and unique weapons in Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC. You can now disenchant them and place the effects on other items.

WARNING
Once you learn an enchantment, you can't unlearn it.
A clean save is strongly recommended.
