This is a heuristic detection and not from any of the main reputable AV engines. Also since it's the only one that detected, that's also a good sign that it's a false positive.
The code for all of the celeste launcher's executables and everything else is up on github. So how the launcher works and what is does is public.
If you dont want to take my word for it, you can ask ChatGPT about it. It'll tell you largely what I'm telling you here, that due to it only being one detection (and that the one detection it does have is a heuristic one) is a good sign it's a false positive.
