Use the tilde key ~ to access console and then write t.maxfps 120 to set the max fps to 120. You will need to turn VSYNC off

I dont have that file..i added those line to gameplayusersettings.ini and now cant start the game in dx 12 ,,, only the other modes...halp?

Here's a different way to change it (in case you can't open the console because of keyboard layout, etc):

Write the following two lines at the end of the file C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\VenusPrototype\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Editor.ini:

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
t.maxfps=120

Also works for 144 fps, just change to t.maxfps 144. Just fyi for anyone wondering.
