I have PRC mod and it works fine. On my steam deck I put a modefied ruleset.2da in the development folder in nwn folder in the documents folder.
Do not say put it in the override folder or create a development folder it does not work.

Otherwise I really don't know what to suggest - let me know if the Android community find a solution for you.
Can you see it in the "hidden" Files app? If so, try transferring files from PC to Download, then use the app to move them to Android > Data > com.beamdog.nwnandroid > files > user.
If not, perhaps an Android-specific forum could help - afaik the beamdog folder should appear just like all the other apps.
To get back on topic, I blame Beamdog for my problems, not Linux. I don't believe there's anything about Linux that forced them to put the Neverwinter Nights folder somewhere weird, and I'm sure there's nothing that forced them to say in the game itself that it's in my Documents directory when it isn't.
