Grim and tome location.

Grim and tome location.
The first tome is located straight back to the left when you enter the sewers. If you see a big beam in the water, you're on the right way. The tome is hidden under a little bridge a few steps further.





















The second tome is located a bit further. Once you see this door, go right twice. The tome is located in a little box.





















The grim is up the ladder you see on the screenshot.











You have to climb to the top of it, then turn around and you will see there is another ladder on your back. Jump on it and climb until you reach a little edge. Jump on it, the grim is right there.











The 3rd tome is in the room you see here :










Right on the left when you come in, kind of hiddden in a corner.

Someone wrote the second tome here before aswell, but deleted his comment. So I dont claim to have found it. But it is in the part called "the corridors". In a small wooden box in an niche if you stick to the wall on the right.

The first tome is even closer to the start. In the first tunnels it is hidden beneath a small "bridge" on the left of the skeleton that is lying in front of the metal bars. The bridge leads to the corner that has the wooden logs on the right.
