Wonders - Torre de Collserola (Gods and Kings)

Beskrivelse
Torre de Collserola is a uniquely designed tower located on the Tibidabo hill in the Serra de Collserola, in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was designed by architect Sir Norman Foster, and built in 1991 for the 1992 Summer Olympics. It features a pod for floor space like many towers but uses guy wires for lateral support like a mast. Mainly used as a TV and radio transmitter, this futuristic design provides the highest viewpoint over the city. The top antenna reaches 288.4 m and the top of the pod, which has thirteen floors, reaches 152 m. The tenth floor of the pod is open to the public. +2 Culture from every Broadcast Tower. Available with Telecommunications.

Requires Gods & Kings.

On a personal note, I just returned from Barcelona this week. From the taxi out of the airport I first saw the majestic Torre de Collserola. I was awestruck with how it dominated the skyline with its beauty and stature. I immediately started thinking about bringing the tower to Civ 5. I hope you enjoy!

@Macguyver thanks for the thoughtful comments. I will be revisiting this one after BNW comes out as I think the new tourism mechanic will work quite well with this one.

Since it was designed in life for the Olympic Games, you might want to change the bonus to include happiness and/or perhaps tie the culture/happiness bonus to the number of stadiums that you have in your empire. Maybe it provides a great artist, or, and this is pretty out there, but as an "Olympic" themed wonder, it could provide a peacetime bonus or bonus based on the number of Friendly Civs. I really like the wonders that go "off the board" and have a totally unique flair to them, like the ones tied to specific culture policies or relgious beliefs.

I didn't realize when I made this Wonder how similar it was to the Tokyo Sky Tree. Any thoughts on how I could change the effect to make it more unique?

@ThaEpicDuck It's the Culture tags that cause the problems

You should easily be able to port this to vanilla. It doesn't have any traits that are exclusive to G&K.
