This is a guide for leveling all your characters to level 99 and getting the Level-Up Orchestra Achievement. I haven't seen any detailed guides for this, and kinda confused at first. So, after i figure this out, I decided to make one.

There are several recommended mission to grind for level. In this guide, I'm gonna do the Phoenix Plucking Mission.This mission will give 300 exp to all character after you cleared it. If you follow this guide correctly, you can finish the mission in 2 or 3 turns

Take note that, if you are trying to get this achievement, most likely you're trying to get all 100% achievement for this game. So, I suggest you to finish all the Heartthrob Achievement first. because after you finished those achievement, all your characters would be on level 70's at lowest, making this leveling way easier.

1.) Make sure you had unlocked the Phoenix Plucking Mission. To unlock it, you need to clear all the story mission except Defeat arfoire (save this one for last)



2.) This mission requires 7 characters. Here's the composition:

• Noire (Our main attacker, and make her the leader for extra movement)
  
• Neptune (To buff noire's attack, and since she can fly)
  
• Blanc (Higher defense than Vert, so we are gonna use her instead)
  
• The other 4 character is our Lily Gauge charger. Use character with the lowest level for extra exp, and make sure you had at least two character that have a buff skill

3.) Equip Noire with Noire Striker for maximum damage. Also equip Noire, Blanc, and Neptune with Ice Crystal [5] , since the phoenix has fire affinity



4.) Bring Panacea or Super Panacea. the phoenix's attack can give you skillseal ailments and since we would depends on skills, it would give us big disadvantages

1.) First. Position the CPUs (except Vert) exactly like in the picture. Make sure the character behind Noire (Estelle in the pic) have skill that can damage the Red Horsebird without moving.



2.) After the mission's started, use characters behind Noire (estelle in the pic) to damage the red horsebird. then move her near the green horsebird





3.) Move the remaining characters (except the CPUs) to kill the Green Horsebird. make sure the character are near someone when activating skill to fill the Lily Gauge



4.) Move blanc to the exact sam position on the pic, and use her skill to kill Red Horsebird (Don't use normal attack since it can be avoided). make sure you kill the horsebird with this attack



5.) Use Noire's Muscle Memory to buff herself. Then, move her to exact same position as the pic



6.) Move Neptune to exact same position as the pic, the buff noire using Do Your Best

1.) If you follow previous steps correctly, then one of the phoenix would move to damage Neptune. It's attack can lower strength, but since we don't use Neptune for attacking it's not a problem



2.) The Blue Horsebird would move here to damage your generals. it can give frozen ailments but it won't be a problem.

1.) Your Lily Gauge would be at max right now. Activate HDD on all the CPUs to deplete it, but don't move them just yet.



2.) Then use the generals to kill the blue horsebird while filling the Lily Gauge. (No pic, sorry)

3.) After the horsebird has been killed, use Neptune to buff Noire with Do Your Best, then move her here



4.) Then, move Blanc here



5.) Finally, move Noire here. and use her SP Moves (Infinite Slash) to damage both phoenix



6.) If Noire is around level 90s, it's possible the kill those birds in one hit. if they're not dead yet, Use generals to fill the lily gauge by using buff skills, and spam Noire's SP Move again in the next turn

Note : If the CPUs got Skillseal ailments, use either Blanc ot Neptune to give the Panacea. Don't use Noire since she has to be the one to attack

Keep doing this untill you reach level 99 with all characters. If your lowest characters already had 29.953 Exp, you can continue to the Defeat Arfoire Mission, because it will give you 1500 experience points and would max her level (max Exp is 31.453).
