Your folders should be different, but hopefully it'll help. Just gotta make sure you keep the "\reshade-shaders\Shaders", etc. at the ends.

(If it's working, you'll see a gray bar with words at the top of the screen when you start the game)
- improves character textures with small details, especially ones further away
- improves anti-aliasing & image sharpness
- tweaks saturation & contrast
- slightly raises bloom
It's about improving image quality, not changing the look of the game.
The screenshots don't do the effects justice (and I highly suspect the Nvidia tweaks aren't even showing up in them).
Once the tweaks are set up and you use Scroll Lock to toggle them on/off, the difference is very noticeable.
