After download:
1. Unrar it
2. Put all files into game folder where Prototype2.exe is located!

ZIP file contains two DLC packs:
Colossal Mayhem pack that adds:

■ Thermobaric Boomstick

■ Heller Test Subject Skin

■ Infected Heller Skin

■ Infantry Heller Skin

■ Warp Vortex

■ Anti Gravity Field

■ Air Time

Excessive Force Pack that adds:

■ Viral Infector Granade Launcher

■Armored Heller Skin

■Agile Armor Alex Mercer Skin

■ Zombie Mercer Skin

■ Shockwave

■ Chaos Creator Mode

■ Medusa's Wrath

P.S. THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE NORMALLY UNLOCKED BY PLAYING GAME OR BY BUYING RADNET DLC

You have to be careful since, in my case, the character cannot consume enemies when they are alert. I will reinstall the game to see if it gets fixed.
