i like the build but why does it run tranquility instead of phase boots? sure the passive regen is nice but you can't really chase heroes down without the phase boots... the build is still nice though but i've had several moments where the phase boots have served a better purpose for me than the boots of tranquility.

wouldn't an aghs be useful to doom? As with one your ult goes through bkb and other magic immunity.
