This is a build designed to be usable in every game. It does not matter whether you lane or jungle but does require experience with Niax and fast reflexes.

The first skill to be leveled does depend on whether you decide to lane or jungle (Feast/Open Wounds). But make sure to not choose a skill until either the neutral creeps have spawned or whether or not it is possible to get first blood within your lane. *Note* Always check runes as jungler.
