This Needs updating. The Aether lens is pointless for supports now since 7.29. What would the alternative be?

I would say pospone Macropyre for a few levels since jakiro cant handle using it without Arcane boots and some levels. Even then his ult is useless without extra disable. Early levels in Dual Breath or Ice Path would help a lot more. If you have a big team fight disable like Chronosphere then it's fine to get at 6.
