Due to the new way blademail works the q doesnt increase blademail damage, (also doesnt increase damage with no reflection tag), so i am nolnger sure that it is core

What does 'extension items' mean?

@JakeReeco substituting a desolator for bkb is a very bad idea if your enemies have spell casters

Awesome Build!! It's very easy to play even for beginners :) All I can add is that I buy Desolator instead of BKB but that's only me ;)

I've found that taking a clarity and 3 branches works better than a shield, it lets you spam blood bath and possibly push the enemy out of the lane and makes last hitting just a little easier, something vital for blood bath. Nice guide though would also recomend Desolator and Butterfly

I'd like for you to max blood bath earlier, gives you ability to jungle between ganks.
