Step one: 20 width division for infantry and support, 40 width for tanks.

Step two: build fighters and dive bombers, a decent number

Step three: Navally, just spam battleships

Step four: use industry to alternate between buidling Civy facs and Military facs

Step Five: Invade the weak countries near you early, before world tension hits exactly 24%, when britian and france start to gurantee. You could also flip france and britian fascist, or flip every nation you plan to invade to whatever ideology you go and britian and france will back off.

Step six: Pick either the comintern or the Axis, but only call the majors to wars if you can't win it alone. I.E. if your hungary and your taking out yugoslavia, you dont need your allies. But, if your hungary and your at war with the soviets, you should call your allies.

Step Seven: If manpower is a struggele, just release nations as puppets and either train colonial divisions or request forces to counter this.

That should be it for beating the A.I. It is not that hard, this is for beginners who haven't spent 600 hours of there life in hoi4 :).

BONUS STEP: for divison templates, i like 2 arty 7 infantry for infantry, (for all of these use whatever support equiement you like), for suppression i like to just spam Cavarly until it hits 20 width, for Motorized/Mecahnized speedy units i just spam them until i hit 20 width, and as for tanks i like to use one row of mortorized/mechanized, 4 arty and then fill it up with whatever types of tanks you like until it hits 40 width.
