"So I made some Soboro Don, and it was really good! It's basically some sweet egg and chicken over a bed of rice with some greens on top. Unfortunatly, the ingredients listed ground pork instead of ground chicken, so that's what I bought for this and didn't realize the mistake until it was time to cook. Oh well, it was still delicious! I really love how colorful the dish turned out."
