So you want get Dark Souls fit?

1. Did you just die? Punish your failure by doing 10 squats

2. Died to a Boss? Learn from your failure by doing 5 sit-ups along with step 1.

3. Fell off a ledge? Improve your eyesight by placing yourself in the front leaning rest position for 30 seconds along with step 1.

4. Died to an invader? Git Gud by doing 5 push ups and punish yourself further with step 1.

5. Failed to collect your souls after death? Do 10 jumping jacks along with repeating step 1 too as a reminder of failure.

6. For every NG+ double each step.


Complete these 5 steps to learn from your failures and git gud while also gaining a level in both Vigor and Endurance.
So you want to tackle the DLC?


Congradulations on completing the base game! This is where the real Dark Souls 3 begins, and you are not ready.

1. Died to a DLC enemy? Punish yourself by doing 5 jumping jacks.

2. Did you fall off the vines?(You know the ones). You have the coordination and reflexs of a sloth. Improve them by jumping up and down on one leg for 10 seconds and repeating step 1.

3. Died to a new boss? I thought you got gud. Guess not. Redeem yourself with 10 push ups and repeating step 1.

RINGED CITY BONUS ROUND!

1. Died? Welcome yourself to hell by doing 20 leg lifts.

2. Poison Swamp? "No we call it the dre-" Poison Swamp got it. If you die to poison boost your immune system by doing 10 leg climbers and repeating step 1.

3. Died to that bastard dragon? Get rekt and get ripped enought to punch dragons by holding a superman for 30 seconds and while you're down there repeat step 1.

4. Died to Prince ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and his twin brother Prince Face♥♥♥♥? Thats 20 jumping jacks, 10 for each Prince. Oh and dont forget to repeat step 1.

5. Spears of the church? Spears of the church. Hydrate yourself and repeat step 1. Count your blessings for getting off easy.

6. Final Boss! Are you ready? No you're not. For the first death do 2 push ups and double them for every subsequent death and remember step 1.

7. You Survived? Good for every NG+ Double the steps as punishment for coming back.
So you've finally reached Git Gud status

Welcome to Dark Souls veterancy and now you're getting flabby again.

Prepare your anus... again...

1. Summoned a phantom? 5 squats to strech out those side strafing muscles.

2. Invaded by a phantom? 5 jumping jacks to get the blood flowing.

3. Killed an Invader? Reward yourself with 5 push ups.

4. Died to an Invader or Summon? Punish your weakness with 10 crunches.

5. Sunbros! Praise the sun by assuming the front leaning rest position for 30 seconds.

6. Do an extra 5 push ups because this is Dark Souls and no one gets a pass.

ng+6 means 500 pushups for each death. ng+7 does not exist go do 1,000 squats!!!
