Thanks for the map. The only thing that bothered me was that even when I clicked the link for a seperate smaller window where you can zoom, it would actually not respond after a while but it let me focus on one area at a time.

I spent all day trying to figure out which items I was missing before finally realizing big yellow squares are items you don't have yet. Finally got 100% shortly after that. Thanks for the guide. It helped a lot.

I'm almost a year late, but the Ivory Slip is given to you near the start of the game in Settlement 17. You can't progress without talking to people, getting it, and giving it to the "priest" in the church, so it's not exactly missable or well hidden.

The other items you mention are for the Mother's Corners quest, the description/walkthrough is near the center of the map.
