Have you ever wanted to express yourself without typing or talking? Well this addon is for you!
Players on the server can now open a dial menu to show an Emoji above them for a short time.

If you are playing a sandbox derived gamemode, simply open the context menu and press the Emoji icon, otherwise open the menu via the "EmojiDial" console command.
To modify your dial, right click on an Emoji and select a different one.
Your custom dial will save across game sessions.

Some features may not be available on certain servers depending on configuration (see below).
Emoji are automatically loaded from the /garrysmod/materials/emoji_dial/ folder.
To change the Emoji folder automatically loaded, use console command "Emoji.MaterialFolder new_folder", for a working example, try the included "Emoji.MaterialFolder tuzki" (Pictured above).
Some ConVars may require a server restart for changes to take effect.

• Emoji.DisableFor - [8] Seconds between how frequently you can spam Emoji.
  
• Emoji.DisplayFor - [4] The time in seconds an Emoji should stay above a users head.
  
• Emoji.DisplayOnSelf - [1/true] Can players see Emoji in 3rd person?
  
• Emoji.ContextIcon - [1/true] Show the context icon in SandBox?
  
• Emoji.ReplaceContextMenu - [0/false] Completely replace the context (C Key) menu?
  
• Emoji.AllowEditing - [1/true] Can players edit their Emoji dial?
  
• Emoji.DialPersistence - [1/true] Should players dial configuration save across sessions?
  
• Emoji.MaterialFolder - ["emoji_dial"] Folder in /garrysmod/materials/ you are storing Emoji in.

• EmojiDial - [CLIENT] Open/Close the Emoji Dial.
  
• Emoji.Clear - [CLIENT] Resets custom dial to server default.
  
• Emoji.Reset - [ADMIN] Reset all ConVars to server defaults and clears all player dials.
