This is a rebalance script that makes the M16 act as a middle ground between the AK and SCAR in terms of damage. While before it was a poor choice under all circumstances it is now accurate with good damage and RoF, but lacking the stopping power of the AK or the crowd control of the SCAR.

Changes:
Increased the damage of the M16 from 33 to 46
