First, set up the game. The game setup is essencial to this victory. You need to start the game in the Information Era, in a Duel map size and without city-states. Everything else can be random. Upon starting the game, you need to get quickly to Globalization. Buy a University and a Public School and build National College and Oxford University. You only need to found one city. Delete any unnecessary units. Buy all Liberty policies and choose the Great Engineer as the free Great Person and leave him ready for the rush. Avoid the contact with the other civilization. Upon the reaserch of Globalization, built the United Nations and rush it with the Great Engeneer. Now, all you need to do is waiting for the UN vote. I tried this strategy several times and the AI never turned on me. You just beat them before they have time to do anything! Of course, this works for all Difficulty Levels. Also, your final score is enourmous.
