It does, but only because the box is ticked. I got complaints the mod wasn't visible enough with "affects savegames" disabled.

Then this isn't what I thought at first. Unsubscribing, sorry, I need something that allows me to stop prophets in peacetime aside from inquisitors.

No you can't. You can capture GP when at war only. Prophets are unchanged, as are Generals and Admirals.

Please tell me if I have this right - can I subscribe to this now, use it in my current game and capture foreign prophets without triggering a war?

Ok but can you make them resume their "spread religion" when we capture them so we can capture them and do something with them ? I would probably remove my slave mod and use your if you could do it

Prophets can be captured in the base game. You can use all their actions as long as they haven't used the "spread religion" action yet, as is the case with your own prophets.
