"All of the scenery in this picture was hand made by me, however some of the clothing on the character are mods. Here are the links to them on the workshop:

Probably, however I do not know how the map making will work, or if it will even be a part of Unturned 4. Also, I have sadly lost interest in the game. I will for sure come back at the release of 4.0 to see how it is, and may get back into it then. We will see

I wish, but it's way too many items. This would be a tiny portion of the map, yet it was already really laggy. And that was just the facade of the houses, no interiors or even back walls. It would be a cool map but unturned needs much better optimization for this level of detail
