Thanks for the feedback, I couldn't reproduce the issue (randomization is makes it difficult) but I've edited the scenario so those units shouldn't spawn in buildings where they can glitch through the floor.
If the issue re-occurs for anyone please let me know and I'll re-make that portion of the mission.
The two fighters have about 10 random starting locations each, but all are located in or around the compounds in Hadiz. There is a compound on the far-Eastern side of Hadiz which looks more isolated but can still harbor enemy fighters, be sure to clear that one as well. Good luck!
