As for stations, there's Kopfbahnhof, Dresden Main. You can alternatively make your custom station build in-game, i already made a tutorial about it. Titan also has modular station packs and Dresden Neustadt station that can be used

I think it does, it's been some time since i released it, but i believe it was working fine on vanilla
