UA: Justice
Adaptive combat bonus when at war based on the warmonger threat of your opponent(s).

UU: Dauntless Vanguard (replaces the Longswordsman)
The Dauntless Vanguard gains 30 free Experience upon being created (which equates to 2 promotions when not considering bonus experience gained from other sources).

UB: Petricite Walls (replaces Walls)
Petricite Walls give cities more hit points than the Walls it replaces, as well as granting some culture.

• A players warmonger threat increases as they declare war and conquer cities, and decreases as they liberate cities and during times of peace.
  
• A players warmonger threat can have four levels. The combat bonus is this level times 10 (e.g. if your warmonger threat is 2 and Jarvan IV declares war against you, he will get 2 * 10 = 20% bonus combat strength).
  
• You and your opponent(s) will be notified whenever your combat bonus changes. You will also be reminded whenever you load a game.
