Yeah sorry about that, I've had this happen once or twice. Unfortunately that happened in the original ArmA 2 scenario as well, and I haven't figured out an effective way of fixing this yet
As Gopan said the only real fix is to load a save before you wipe out the enemies and move your vehicle(s) away from the markers/engineers, as thats generally where the roadblocks spawn. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Glad you enjoyed it. I hadn't realized the BMP was unlocked, I'll have to fix that as is wasn't in the original. Thanks for the tip ;)
