Ice Arena V2

This is a full cosmetic remake of the community favourite map, Ice Arena by Dmitriy.

I created this version based on the early castle and medievil designs of architecture, following the games style and making it feel a little more detailed and replayable. This doesn't do anything to effect the actual gameplay of the map, it's still the same arena bloodbath. I have made some tweaks here and there, nothing really seriously game changing.
