Relatar problema de tradução
Now i actually own 3.6 gHz 8 core CPU and some VGA that is able to run all games on ultra settings and render 60 FPS in most of those games on ultra. Guess what? It still cannot properly keep the performance in that stupid Spewer level because of which i wrote this guide. It is a bit better but does not helps.
So it is not the PC, it is the flash.
About steam window taking performance - this must be some VGA incompatibility because there was never such a problem on that new PC, yet the problem severely persists on laptop. It only affects some games, but it is a bit annoying. I don't use laptop for gaming anymore so this is not an issue now.
