Stray Bead 5 - Near the moon shrine temple. If you look back you will see a route to the left and right of the path. Take the path on the left till you get to the trees. You will see three shrubs and the treasure chest with the bead is in the middle of those shrubs.
Stray Bead 6 - Behind the Dojo in the corner by the rail, dig between the three shrubs to unearth the chest with the bead.
Stray Bead 7 - Beside the river on the east side, south of the guardian tree, in a buried chest.

Clover 18 - 1st Floor. On a small island at the Southwest of the lake. You can jump in the mid air and dash to reach there. There is a slightly raised ground where you can gain some height. If you are still having trouble, come back when the water is clean so you can draw a lily pad and wall jump to reach up.
Clover 19 - 1st Floor. Beside a cursed tree in the next room with clean water.
Clover 20 - 1st Floor again. In the next room from the above clover. Wall jump to reach higher ground, turn around and jump over to the pots, continue to follow the narrow path until the end.
Clover 21 - 1st Floor. On a ledge high above the first waterfall. Go to the next room where you have to push a blue sphere to a switch on the floor. Look up to find a konohana flower, vine yourself up and turn around. Follow the path and you'll find it. If you found a flower bud, you're heading the wrong direction. Requires Vine
Clover 22 - 1st Floor. In the room where you have to fight 2 Bud Ogres and grow some giant mushroom. Jump over to the ledge from the mushrooms and place a cherry bomb against the wall. (NOTE there is no crack where you need to place the bomb. It must be placed in the rounded alcove at the first sharp turn) Go through the opened tunnel and all the way until you see a clover spot. Requires Cherry Bomb
Clover 23 - 2nd Floor. On a ledge behind the room with an Origin Mirror. After repairing the stone bridge, procced to the next room and go to the back of the mirror to find the ledge.
Clover 26 - 1st Floor. On the right foot of the Giant Idol. You can came here after cleaning the water.
Clover 27 - 1st Floor. Swim towards the ledge where the waterfall is. Draw a lily to stand onto then double jump to get up the ledge. You can come here after cleaning the water. Requires Water Lily
Clover 24, 25 - 2nd Floor. After you have gain the ability to vine, backtrack to the room where you first arrive after the collapsing bridge scene. It's the same room where you can destroy a blockhead. There use to be a lockjaw here too. Go to the top and look up for a Konohana flower. Vine yourself up and move to the back. You'll find 2 clover spots here and a flower bud, which contain a Golden Peach as well. Requires Vine.

Enemy 20: Bud Ogre - 1st Floor. In the room with the stone sphere that can't be moved. Defeat it to move the sphere and progress further.
Enemy 46: Boss Spider Queen - Boss of the ruins. After gaining the Vine skill, use it to traverse to the top of the giant idol. Attach vines to the hooks at the top to open the path.

Stray Bead 18 - Once you kill blockhead, go up the trees. When you get to three statues with a gray/black wall behind them, bomb it. The bead is inside the bud. Requires Bloom
Stray Bead 19 - After you smash the poison barrels, jump off the waterfall and go into the alcove inside it. Cherry Bomb the wall, and Bloom the bud for the bead. (NOTE that there is no crack in the wall to indicate it can be bombed.) Requires Cherry Bomb.
Stray Bead 20 - In the area with the ball you had to push, there is a floating flower you can Vine to. North from the flower is a bud with the bead. Requires Bloom.

Clover 28 - Behind the stone piller at the pond area where you fight Waka. This only appear after you revived the Guardian Sapling.
Clover 29 - Underneath the iron rock on the left once you get out of the tunnel at the higher grounds. Requires Power Slash 2
Clover 33 - On the ledge above the pond at the Cutters' house. Create a water geyser to reach it. Requires Waterspout
Clover 37 - On the ledge next to the Cat Statue. Requires Catwalk
Clover 30-32 - On the highest ledge with a tree. After you had revived the Guardian Sapling, follow the railing until you see a Konohano Blossom. Vine yourself up and to the other Konohano Blossoms nearby until you see the ledge. Requires Vine
Clover 34-36 - Underground. Underneath the hard ground near Bingo. Requires Digging Champ

Enemy 24: Crow Tengu - at the home of Mr and Mrs Cutter, after visiting Kusa Village and Sasa Sanctuary.

Stray Bead 21 - Hidden in the pond where you fight Waka. Look for bubbles. Requires Power Slash
Stray Bead 22 - Behind the cutters house near the pond next to the big rock. Best to see at night.
Stray Bead 23 - Found in a buried chest near the path to the City Checkpoint exit. Close to where you first find Bingo
Stray Bead 24 - Found in a buried chest under a leaf pile near Mermaid Spring. Requires Galestorm.
Stray Bead 25 - Found in a flaming chest in tunnel to the upper area. Requires Galestorm.
Stray Bead 26 - Found under hard dig spot in the west area. Requires Digging Champ.

Tiger Statue - After restoring the guardian sapling, head along the railing looking up to find a Konohana Blossom. Use Vine on it and on all the subsequent blossoms. If you haven't already, grab Clover 30-32 on the ledge along the way, and from the ledge you can see the next blossom to aim for, which will open when you vine back to the closest one. You'll eventually reach the last upturned blossom and drop down on a boulder with the statue.

Sun Fragment 5 - Complete the treasure dig with Bingo after obtaining the Galestorm skill. He's located near the exit to the City Checkpoint.

Clover 41 - Along the fences near the enterance to Gale Shrine.
Clover 42 - On the path to Mr. Bamboo's house. Before the tunnel where Susano was sleeping, jump over the fence.
Clover 43 - On the same path as above. Pass the tunnel and jump up to the higher ground on the left, where you can see a ladder beside the fence. You can see Komusa here too.
Clover 38, 39 - In a cave behind Blockhead. Vine yourself up to the Guard post in front of Fuse's house. Follow the narrow path until you reach to a platform. Defeat the Blockhead and go into the cave. Requires Vine
Clover 40 - On the same platform as above, jump onto the mountain and get around to the back of the roof. Requires Vine

Enemy 48: Boss Canine Warrior Tei - After feeding and returning the other Canine Warriors, he is outside Princess Fuse's house

Stray Bead 27 - Near Princess' house. Go left and stand infront of the bridge going towards the house. It is in between the rock and the tree.
Stray Bead 28 - Buried inside the Bamboo Man's house.
Stray Bead 29 - In a chest up on the rafters of town, past the windsocks. Requires Vine & Galestorm.

Sun Fragment 4 - After obtaining the Galestorm brush skill, go to second level via the Konohana Blossom behind the inn. Follow the wooden path and use Galestorm on the banners at the end. Leap across to find the fragment

Clover 46, 47 - Underneath the elevator. Stand at the door and draw a cherry bomb in the middle to raise the elevator. Requires Cherry Bomb

Enemy 21: Chimera - Take the smaller tunnel to the right when you first enter the Gale Shrine. At the end is a Demon Gate.
Enemy 52: Boss Crimson Helm - Boss of the Gale Shrine.
Enemy 54: Boss Canine Warriors Chi, Ko, Rei, and Shin (Optional) - Return to the Gale Shrine after some story progress for a series of optional fights with the Canine Warriors.

Stray Bead 33 - Cherry Bomb the elevator but don't get on it, then jump down. The bead is in one of the three chests here. Requires Cherry Bomb.
Stray Bead 34 - Use the elevator to return to the second floor after unlocking Galestorm. The bead is In a burning chest outside on the balcony. Requires Galestorm.
Stray Bead 35 - (Princess Fuse) Complete all the optional fights with the Canine Warriors and Princess Fuse will give you this bead as a reward.

Travel Guide 12: "Brush Tips" - In the room with the windmills and rotating platform, it's right on the edge of the west path after you turn the platform

Rabbit Statue - In in the room with the large elevator, draw a Cherry Bomb on the elevator, but stand clear so that the elevator goes up without you. Jump down to the area below to find the statue. Requires Cherry Bomb.

Sun Fragment 3 - At the very top. After going up the final staircase to the top, turn back and it's in a nook above that staircase

Stray Bead 39 - After you get the bridge down, go to the middle of the bridge and use Vine on the Konohana Blossom above you. Continue to use Vine on the blossoms that follow, this bead is in a chest under the final blossom. You may need an Inkfinity Stone unless you have 10+ in your ink pot
Stray Bead 40 - In a buried chest, on an island at the north end of the river. Requires Water Tablet

Dragon Statue - After you get the bridge down, go to the middle of the bridge and use Vine on the Konohana Blossom above you. Continue to use Vine on the blossoms that follow. Drop down after the fifth blossom to land on an island with the statue

Clover 48 - 1st floor of the central area. After you have aquire the Lips of Ice, there will be a clover's green glow in the bucket 2 spaces to the left of the blue konohana flower.
Clover 49 - 3rd floor. On the ledge in front, once you get into the Room of Sands.
Clover 50 - Same room of the previous Clover, on the left after crossing the invisible bridge of sand.

Enemy 5: Black Imp - In the Calcified Cavern, inside a demon gate.
Enemy 26: Fire Eye - 3rd floor, fix the broken bridge and melt the ice at the door with Inferno. The Fire Eye is beyond the door.
Enemy 27: Ice Mouth - Under the central elevator. First, in the room with the bamboo fountain, open the valve to release the water under the elevator. Travel up the now open valve and slash at the eye to open the elevator shaft. Slash at the imp on the elevator repeatedly to make him let go of the crank to lower safely. Slash all 4 eye locks to open the door, and the Ice Mouth is encountered beyond it.
Enemy 53: Orochi - Boss of the Moon Cave/first act of the game. Collect all the secret ingredients for the chef then ring the large bell 8 times. Talk to the imp on the elevator to be taken up, where you'll have a last minute chance to save (via golden gate) or buy necesssary items for the upcoming fight.

Clover 60 - On a small beach below the Pier, cliffs-side.

Enemy 7: Bell Guardian - Same as above, on the way back from the sapling in a red scroll. Worth noting: I didn't get a cutscene intro for this enemy when I encountered it here, but the entry was still in my bestiary. May have been random so YMMV.
Enemy 28: Thunder Ear - In a red scroll in front of the Ankoku temple bell. Worth noting: I didn't get a cutscene intro for this enemy when I encountered it here, but the entry was still in my bestiary. May have been random so YMMV.
Enemy 25: Ubume - Near the steps on the stone pier, heading towards the city for the first time.
Enemy 57: Boss Bandit Spider - Optional boss. Found in a secret underground cave near the guardian sapling. Requires Digging Champ.
Enemy 35: Ichiro - In the Sunken Ship, when returning to the pile of bones after flooding the ship
Enemy 36: Jiro - In the Sunken Ship, in the second room with the pile of bones.
Enemy 37: Saburo - In the Sunken Ship, in the second room with the pile of bones.

Stray Bead 41 - On top of the sunken ship.
Stray Bead 42 - Get the black and white rabbit north of the "Animal Lover" and bring it back to him.
Stray Bead 43 - Found in a buried chest under a hard dig spot outside the dojo. Requires Digging Champ.
Stray Bead 44 - Return to the secret cave where you fought the Bandit Spider to fight a series of consecutive demon gates. These gates are quite difficult, with enemies having a lot more HP and in greater numbers than usual. Stock up on helpful items before attempting.
Stray Bead 45 - Beat Hayate for the final time and he gives you this bead.
Stray Bead 57 - On the Sunken Ship. In an alcove above the hallway past the room with the cannon. Easy to spot and grab while the ship is still flooded.
Stray Bead 58 - On the Sunken Ship, in one of the chests in the room with the mallet.

Travel Guide 15: "Celestial Envoy" - Inside the Sunken Ship. It's among the many chests that you find in the first large room.

Monkey Statue - It's inside the Sunken Ship. After you connect the barrel to the hooks in the room with the giant hand, stand on the barrel and jump up to the ledge above you to find the statue
Snake Statue - In Ryoshima Coast, it's between the two mountains that are tied with a rope out at sea

Sun Fragment 6 - Defeat the Bandit Spider in the underground cave. The cave is located in the north, below the temple. Digging Champ dojo skill is required

Enemy 30: Fire Doom Mirror MISSABLE! - Encountered while in microscopic size. In one of the two Demon Scrolls lurking around outside of the Emperor's bed in his bedroom.
Enemy 31: Ice Doom Mirror - Encountered while in microscopic size. In one of the two Demon Scrolls lurking around outside of the Emperor's bed in his bedroom.
Enemy 32: Thunder Doom Mirror - Encountered while in microscopic size. In the clearing past where you first see Kaguya crying.
Enemy 33: Wind Doom Mirror - Encountered while in microscopic size, immediately after exiting the area where you gain Veil of Mist.
Enemy 58: Boss Blight - Boss of the Emperor's Palace microscopic area. Navigate the platform spiders in the Emperor's bedroom to get to the rafters. Pass through the golden gate and head to the right if you don't want to miss some items in chests, otherwise head straight on and drop down into the Emperor's mouth from above. Defeat to cure the emperor.
Enemy 59: Boss Evil Rao - Encountered in Himiko's Palace, close to the end of Act 2.

Stray Bead 46 - Commoners' Qtr. Found in canal west of entering Sei-an.
Stray Bead 47 - Commoners' Qtr. Buried inside Mr. Flowers' house. Headbutt the closet doors next to the drawers.
Stray Bead 48 - Commoners' Qtr. Get from little girl by designing her ideas.
Stray Bead 49 - Commoners' Qtr. Get from Abe for getting his mask back.
Stray Bead 50 - Commoners' Qtr. First you need to have her move from Kimiki village with her sister (after the festival) and then sprout a tree infront of them in Sei-an. Then sprout a tree followed by rain. Camellia will give you the bead.
Stray Bead 51 - Aristocratic Qtr. After talking to the Priestess, go out the back, across the bridge, and it's in a buried chest to the right.
Stray Bead 52 - Aristocratic Qtr. Given to you by Komuso. You have to have fought the battles he summons under a certain time limit each time: 12 seconds in Kamiki Village, 25 seconds in Kusa Village, and 30 seconds here in Sei-on.

Sun Fragment 8 - Commoner's Quarter. Find the locked gray building in the southwest. Blow up the side of the building to get inside. Inside, climb up to the second floor, walk along the beams, and drop down into the small caged area to find the fragment.

Secret Brush Skill 1: Fireburst - Learned from Chef Yama in the restaurant kitchen in the Commoner's Quarter. You'll have to find the Golden Mushroom first. To obtain it, head to Taka Pass. Find the moles above the Cutter's house and beat them at their game. Take the tea cup that you get to the shop owner at the entrance of Taka Pass to get the mushroom. Give it to Yama and you'll be able to learn Fireburst, giving you the ability to summon fire at any time.
Secret Brush Skill 6: Mist Warp - Obtained by trading 80 Demon Fangs with the Emperor. After you've revived the Emperor and cleared the mist, go talk to him in his room and you can buy the Fog Pot for 80 Demon Fangs. It allows to warp between the larger save mirrors that have an X. Just stand in front of a save mirror and draw an X through it. It allows you to reach a couple of, otherwise, unreachable places
Secret Brush Skill 9: Thunderbolt - Learned from Gen in the Aristocratic Quarter after Oni Island. To learn it, you first need to head to Shinshu Field and beat Ida (the mailman running around) in a race three times. Once you beat him the third time, he will hand over the Gimmick Gear. Now, go to the Aristocratic Quarter. In the northwest area, there's a tall tower. Climb it using the Catwalk skill and the cat statues in the back. Inside, give the gear to Gen and you can learn Thunderbolt. It allows you to summon lightning at any time
Secret Brush Skill 10: Deluge (rain) - This skill can be obtained after completing Oni Island. Head behind the Queen's palace to find a small pool of water. Use Waterspout and draw the water to the four giant stones in the background to learn Deluge. It allows you to summon a rainstorm at will

Secret Brush Skill 2: Powerslash 2 - Obtained by offering 60,000 Yen at the Divine Spring, which is located on the small, northernmost island. Slash the rock that is on the island to reveal a hole. Powerslash 2 allows you to cut the purplish iron rocks
Secret Brush Skill 4: Cherry Bomb 2 - Obtained by offering 120,000 Yen at the Divine Spring, which is located on the northern island that appears to have a natural pier. Bomb the cracked ground on the island to reveal a hole. Cherry Bomb 2 allows you to draw 2 bombs at once, IE you draw one, let it appear, and immediately draw another
Secret Brush Skill 7: Whirlwind - Learned from Chef Umi in the restaurant kitchen. First, you'll have to buy a Marlin Rod from the merchant in Sei-An City or the one in North Ryoshima Coast. Then, head to one of the western islands and talk to the guy on the pier. Help him fish a marlin. Return to the kitchen and you'll be able to learn Whirlwind from Umi. With it, you can summon a powerful tornado to surround you

Stray Bead 67 - Found in between the fourth and fifth "rings" while climbing the tower. Simply keep going around the tower until you see a platform. Jump down to said platform to find Bead 67 in the chest.
Stray Bead 68 - When you climb the tower a second time a chest appears with this bead.
Stray Bead 69 - Found at the top of the small right tower (when standing at the entrance, facing the big tower). Use Catwalk to get it.

Secret Brush Skill 5: Cherry Bomb 3 - Obtained by offering 300,000 Yen at the Divine Spring , which is located to the left of the Guardian Sapling. Use the Konohana Blossom beside the sapling to get up there. Then, use Cherry Bomb 2 to reveal the hole. Cherry Bomb 3 allows you to draw 3 bombs at once, IE you draw one, let it appear, draw another, let it appear, and then draw a third one.

Clover 114 - Go up the stairs between the 2 houses on the right. Cross the wooden plank over to the island.
Clover 115 - Northeast of the village. Take the stairs beside the Merchant and turn right towards the Snowy Waterfall. Go pass the house and towards the lake where there are 4 sheeps nearby.
Clover 116 - Go behind Kai's house and cross the bridge where there are 3 sheeps.

Clover 117 - Go towards the ledge on the east and vines your way through a trail of Konohana Blossoms until you reach another ledge. Drop on to that ledge and you should see some monkeys around the clover spot. Requires Vine
Clover 118 - On the lowest ledge on the north of the Ark. There should be some sheeps nearby. Requires Vine
Clover 121 - Get up one more level from the previous clovers and go to the edge at the east. It's beside the rock and there's a Stray Beads #85 nearby too.
Clover 125 - Underneath a diamond rock on the same ledge as the previous. Requires Power Slash 3
Clover 119, 120 - On a higher ledge from the previous clover. There is a hard ground with 2 clover spots and a treasure chest that contains stray bead #86 too. Requires Vine & Digging Champ
Clover 122-124 - Underground. Go up the path to Tuskle's house and jump down to the ledge at the Northwest of the lake. Slash the iron rock to reveal a hole. Jump in and you'll find 3 clovers and a Divine Spring where you can learn Power Slash 3. Requires Power Slash 2

Secret Brush Skill 3: Powerslash 3 - Obtained by offering 360,000 Yen at the Divine Spring. The spring is located on a cliff that you jump to from the main left path. Use the map to help locate the cliff. Once you're on the cliff, use Powerslash 2 to slash the iron rock, revealing a hole. Powerslash 3 allows you to cut the greenish diamond rocks

Secret Brush Skill 11: Ice Storm - This skill is unique in that you don't have to complete any certain task to be able to use it. It's available as soon as you get the Blizzard brush skill.
