Ah, you need to know where to find it on your PC. And then upload it in a Tweet to them using the image attachment on Twitter. Easiest way to find it on your PC is to open the screenshot uploader in your games librry, lick on this image, and click the "Show on Disk" button below the grid of pictures. That will open the folder where it is.
