Ma Diao - Chinese Playing Cards

Description
Long time no see again. I'm back again. And this time, with something a little different.
Ma Diao is a Ming-Dynasty-Era Chinese "trick-taking" gambling game, played between four players, using a single deck of 40 "Money Suited" Cards, containing four suits - Tens of Myriads, Myriads, Strings of Cash, and Cash. It is believed by some to be the first ancestor of modern playing cards, and also evolved into the Chinese tile matching game "Mahjong". Tablet contains inlinked Google Doc with rules and instructions.

UPDATE - Saturday, December 16th, 2017: Swapped out the container bag for the stakes with a bag of infinity, and updated the tablet with revised rules. Reason: The rules I previously had access to were vague and unclear. New revision is my own ruleset, based partly on research, and partly on creative reign.

UPDATE #2 - Sunday, December 10th, 2017: Quick fix - Fixed a quick mistake I made in the default sorting of the cards in the deck, where the "1 Myriad" and "9 Myriad" were erroneously swapped. Also updated the associated screenshots to show this fix.

UPDATE - Sunday, December 10th, 2017: The cards known in Ma Diao as "Reds", in this deck, have been updated to properly feature a red seal stamp, thanks to a clip art I found in the public domain.
