look on back press the buttons on microwave to put in then remove the first layer of cloth then put it in the microwave and wait
after its done
it will be too hot to consume wait 5-10 mins for it to cool down

find a good place to eat it and done

you remove the second layer of cloth and stuff it in your mouth and then use your jaw and smash it until your body says its good enough to swallow
