I dont remember the exact loadout i used, but it can be found in most of high scoring videos, like those from Wyatan, fryedegg and Mr. Juicebags.
The smash combo point is when an enemy is being smashed by swinging mace or windbelt against a wall.

What is a standard loadout for high scoring? And what are smash combo points?

I built my killbox in the right line corner, used a standard loadout for high scoring, got smash combo points as much as possible and tinkered a bit with bleed and stun effects for efficiency.
