Beskrivelse
This is an updated version of the old mod "Liberation" by 31G.

Experience the dawn of mankind! The game starts out with only a handful of nations, only four of which can colonize: Egypt, Assyria, India, and Zhou. These nations can and will expand quickly, however, as they do so, they might (and probably will) break up into smaller nations! These nations can also colonize, so later in the game there might be 20 nations!

There are also numerous tribes and city-states, which can't colonize, but can reform, which will allow them to colonize.

[See the Change Notes tab for a list of updates]

(INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE DHARMA EXPANSION)

The army unit idea sounds good.

Oh, and Blue Square, I don't think that'll work because all of the default countries use custom government types. I'll see if I can find a way to make it compatible with the nation designer, though :)

I'm not sure if something like that is possible without increasing the mean time to happen on all of the revolts in the whole game. In the next update I was planning on adding a feature where a state won't revolt if there are some army units stationed in it. How about something like that?
