That's really weird! Do you happen to have a lot of addons enabled on the i3? Disabling addons fixes lag for most people I've suggested it to! There's a button to do that in the Gmod menu.

did you know my intel i3 core pc cannot handle this map without lag but FOR SOME REASON a shitty pentium laptop can
