These are two confier garlands and part of my christmas special
They are wall-mounted props that will let your cities look christmassy festive.
You of course need more beautification to palce it ingame, I also highly recommend Move it! and Find it!
I also highly recommend you to watch the attached video - I show you some nice cinematics and kind of a short tutorial on how to place them.

I've been wanting some sort of Bedford Falls type street decor, so thanks for this! The upside-down star looks a bit unsettling, though. ...
