I found this achievement to be easier to get against the love shockers, because you can catch up to them right away, and get a good amount of spray cans quickly.

with a controller i held the X button to get the unmasked poison jam, if there is a button to set as X then hold that when selecting poison jam.

Also I did this achievement on the noise tank, although i was strapped for time when I had to actually spray em.
