@atwaterfe Thanks! A sign prop is added to my to-do-list!
It’s based on a real life Steinway Gallery. In the LA area I think.

Nice and unique! Can you make a Steinway Piano Gallery sign too though, so people can place the sign on another building? Also, what is this building based on?
