Upset that your anime model pack or roleplay map doesn't work in the new gmod? Fear not, there is a very simple method to make them function! However, if your addon contains Lua, this method will most likely fail. This guide applies to addon-based maps and model packs that you can find on garrysmod.org or ones that you've got that aren't available on the Workshop.

All you do is rename your info.txt to addon.txt. That's it! You're good to go.
