1) From your starting position, turn right and go towards the hallway. Once you reach it, look right, next to the pillars, there's a second Schofield .45.

-
2) From your starting position, go up the ramp. Then turn left, and jump on the ledge, and walk to the end of the wall, and jump over to the other roof. There's secret rocket ammo there.

-
3) Opposite of #2, there's a secret Rocket Launcher there.

-
4) From the top of the ramp, turn right and go straight until you reach the wall. Then, turn left, and go straight forward, until you reach the wall, again. Then, turn left, and reach the other wall. You'll see part of it is differently colored. Touch it to reveal a secret Double Barrel Coach Gun. If you pick it up, a monster will spawn (Gnaar, or Kleer Skeleton on higher difficulties.)

5) From your starting position, turn around and go down the ramp. When you walk down the ramp, turn right, you'll see a door in the hallway next to the ramp. Touch it, to release the "Croteam Fans". At the very bottom of the room where the Croteam fans are, there are some Rockets.

-
6) Opposite of #5, but you'll need to shoot that door with the XPML21 Rocket Launcher, to release "Croteam". There's some armor and Rockets down the room.

-
7) From #5 and #6, if you look closely towards the desert, you'll see a tree. Run to it, but when you cross the end of the ramp connected to Hatshepsut, 5 Major Biomechanoids will spawn. After you take care of them, go to the tree. There's a secret +100 Health, Armor and Shells there. If you attack the tree with the Military Knife or shoot a Rocket at it, several Scythian Witch Harpies will spawn.

1) From the start, at the opposite side of the hill, on the very left corner of the other hill, the one that you cannot climb on,. In the HD versions of the game, just walk up to the very left corner, until you see a tree and the "Secret Passage" message is shown. In the classic versions though, you'll need to go to the ledge of the building you're supposed to be entering, and jump on the cliff from there. Once you're in, there's some secrets ammo, such as Rockets and Bullets there. If you pick up the last pickups, Beheaded Kamikazes will attack you, or Harpies on Serious Difficulty.

2) From the start, from the opposite side of the hill, go up to the ledge of the building you're supposed to enter, walk forward a bit, turn left and touch the wall. That will open a secret room with ammo and Harpies.

-
3) In the Marsh Hopper room, as you enter it, on the right wall, touch it. This will reveal a Tommy Gun and some Bullets.

-
4) Right after the Marsh Hopper room, turn left, and walk next to the column, you'll see the floor is differently colored. That's a bounce pad. Walk on it to bounce over the columns, and grab a secret +100 armor, which is on the right column.

-
5) In the smaller room after the Marsh Hopper room, there's a tiny ramp in it. Walk down the ramp for a secret +25 health bottle.

-
6) Before entering the tomb in the end of the level, go to the left part, and jump rapidly on the cliff. If you do it correctly, you will be on top of the tomb, it may take a few tries though. There's a +1 health pill there, picking it up will cause a bunch of male Gnaars to spawn. Like #1, you can pretty much walk straight up to it in the HD version of the game and get on top of the tomb.

1) In the first room, where you can go either left, right or straight, go right and take the stairs to the upper part. Eventually, you'll come across the edge of the platform. Jump the gap between the platform you're standing on to the opposite platform to find a secret place.

-
2) Before the room with the wall that lowers and the ambush, jump up the lamp on the right, and from there on the ledge. Turn left to find a secret passage to the corridor with the Juvenile Arachnoid.

-
3) From #2, walk right. After 2 turns, you'll see a +100 Health.

-
4) After killing the Juvenile Arachnoid, walk out of the corridor and take the stairs to the left. From there, turn left, you'll see some more stairs. Walk up to them, and to the edge of the platform, you'll see a portal (it's more obvious in the HD version of the game), jump in it to be teleported to a secret place with a Rocket Launcher.

5) The Rocket Launcher from #4.

6) From the Ramses door, walk turn 180 degrees instead and you'll see a column. Follow the platform halfway to it, and turn right, you'll see another platform. Jump on it and follow it to the end, and then turn right to see another secret +100 health.

7) Before the Final Fight, turn right as you're next to the door, go to the edge of the wall, and turn left, you'll see a secret passageway. Walk up to it to find a secret room full of goodies (this will spawn some Kleers before the passageway on higher difficulties).

-
8) From #7, there's a door which leads to the "room" where the Juvenile Arachnoid was when you pick up the armor shard at the top of the second staircase when entering the room. There's a +200 armor there.

1) In the room before picking up the third element, once past the door on the front on the left, and you're up the ramp, turn right and look at the corner, you will see a bouncer. Use the bouncer to be catapulted onto a platform on the ceiling of the room. Collect the secret armor +100 on the platform.

-
2) Blow up all the statues in the level (nine in total), this will automatically reveal secret #3.

-
3) Once near the rope bridge in the end, turn right, and follow the health pill path. You will come across a giant spherical rock sticking out of the wall. Shoot it with a rocket to reveal a secret pendulum. The rock is destroyed if you blow up all the statues in the level.

-
4) After going through the pendulum, go through the cave's exit. This will lead you to Moon Mountains.

1) On the fourth mountain/platform, on the edge, you will notice some ammo, and a +200 armor floating down below the mountain/platform. If you stand around there, where the ammo was, the armor will be catapulted into the center of the mountain/platform.

-
2) On the fifth mountain/platform, go to the edge, as close as possible, towards the waterfall. Jump across the waterfall to register the secret passage secret. This can also be done by Rocket Jumping, but it can be done without it. If you go through the level and get behind the waterfall here the normal way, the secret won't be triggered.

-
3) From where you landed at #2 when jumping, go to the other edge of the waterfall, there is a +50 health kit there.

-
4) After the circular waterfall, before jumping down on the small lake with the Reebans, jump across the square hall and touch the wall to reveal a secret cavern with ammo, and enemies (Kamikazes on lower difficulties, or a Highlander on Serious Difficulty.

-
5) When you jump down the lake from the square hole from #4, from the doorway, turn left and go back into the water, behind some rocks is a +100 health.

-
6) After the lake, when you can see the circular waterfall again (before the Highlander miniboss fight), turn around, and shoot a rocket above the entrance. This will enable a teleport that will lead you to the other edge of the "room".

-
7) The teleport from #6 counts as a secret if used.

1) From your starting position, turn back and jump through the waterfall to find a secret ammo depot.

-
2) Inside the temple, pick up the +1 health pill left of the statue. (picking up the one on the right will cause a Major Biomech to spawn.) Blow up the statue for secret #3.

-
3) Take the passage to the left of the statue and pick up the +1 armor down there. I think you need to have the +1 armor and both of the +1 healths by the statue to trigger the secret bouncer. If you picked up the health already like I told you to, picking up the +1 armor should trigger the secret bouncer.

-
4) After triggering the secret bouncer, it gives you a message about a secret door opening. Jump up on the platform where the statue was and you'll see a glowing green bouncer. Stand on it and it'll launch you over to the minigun.

-
5) In the frog room, blow up one of the walls on the left to reveal the secret cave.

-
6) From #5, pick up ONLY the health bottle and exit the secret "cave". This will spawn an Arachnoid and register the secret.

1) Past the starting hill (the starting area), turn and walk right until you see a +50 health box sitting by itself. Pick it up to register the secrets and spawn some enemies.

-
2) From #1, continue walking right to some oasis with palm trees and some powerups. There is a specific spot where you must stand on to register this secret, it is near the rightmost position/tree of the oasis. Hurry up to get it registered though, as Harpies will spawn and you'll receive heat damage if you stay too long there.

-
3)As of #1, turn and walk left instead, you'll see a green health bottle out there. Picking it up will register the secret, and like #1, some other items and monsters will spawn.

-
4) From the city entrance's wall, follow it to the left. You'll see a tree. Blow it up or cut it with the knife to spawn enemies and items.

-
5) When inside the city walls, in the area with the XL2 Lasergun, head for the right corner, rocket jump onto the right building/platform (can only be done on Normal or higher difficulties,) and then get off it immediately, but head for the center of the area, as 2 Majors will spawn near the Rubble. After the rubble vanishes, pick up the +100 health to register the secret.

-
6) Opposite of #5, head for the left corner and rocket jump to the building/platform. There's a small "hallway"/corridor in it, with some ammo. Pick up the ammo to register the secret.

1) In the first suburb, in the left wall, near the big tall tower where the Arachnoid spawns, there's a small alley with some ammo.

-
2) As of #1, but instead at the end of the wall is a tree. Blow it up or cut it down to find some items in an area behind it.

-
3) In the second suburb, just like #1, there is another secret alley near the button that you have to press to open the sewers on the left side of the Suburb.

-
4) Still in the second suburb, go to the rightmost corner of the suburb and pick up an item. This will cause a wall to rise up, and you'll be trapped in a small area, and 3 Minors will appear left, right and behind you (one after you kill the other), and then a Major on the building in front of you.

-
5) Go up to the door in the end of the second suburb, turn right and then turn left, where you can see a wall. Walk up to the wall and turn left, you'll see a +1 armor shard. Pick it up to trigger a "yodel" secret (spawns some big enemies).

-
6) Just like #5, except you go around to the left instead of the right, there is a corner with a health bottle behind it. Pick it up to register the secret.

-
7) When you're about to jump into the sewer, you'll see a small ledge sticking out of a wall in the pit. Jump on the ledge (best done when facing opposite of the ledge, jumping from the locked door's direction) to find a secret room.

1) From your starting position, dive in until you reach the bottom, then swim forward to find a corridor with a +100 health.

-
2) After swimming through the corridor in #1, there is a secret +50 armor somewhere on the right side of the sewer.

-
3) Before you exit the first sewer, while on top of the platform near the door, jump on one of the beams over the hallway, and walk to its edge to find a secret +50 armor.

-
4) After exiting the first sewer, and walking down both stairways, turn left, you'll see a dead end, but actually, there's a small hole where you can swim in. Swim further into the hall to reach a secret room with a few powerups and two enemies.

-
5) When the wall drops and a Common Aludran Reptiloid is spawned, in the point before you walk down some stairs and swim through some large corridors and finish the level, kill the Reptiloid inside the gap in the wall and immediately jump inside the gap to get the +200 armor. The wall can open again by a switch, which is inside the gap. You need to kill the Reptiloid first for the armor to spawn.

1) When you exit the village area, with the four scarabs, and move onto the big corridor followed by the spike pit, just when you enter the big corridor turn right, you'll see a differently colored part on the wall. Blow it up with a rocket to reveal a secret Cannon.

1) To the far left, from the starting area, you'll see there is a small oasis. Pick up the items there to spawn some enemies and register the secret.

1) While the level is loading, when it starts, instantly move backwards to find a "generous yard". There's some ammo and various items there. Picking up the item behind the Obelisk will cause the Obelisk to collapse, and spawn some Lava Golems.

-
2) In the first room, there are 2 switches behind 2 columns, one on the left and one on the right. Press both switches to lower a platform next to the door where you entered from, which will then lift up again, transporting you to a secret area.

-
3!) (Demo/Training only!) When you encounter the sleeping Adult Arachnoid, slumbering over an Ankh, kill it without having picked up the Rocket Launcher in the room/without a rocket.

-
4) In the Ankh Pool, dive in, there's a differently colored part on the floor of the pool, with some cannonballs above it. Touch it to reveal a secret room.

-
5) On the right side of the Ankh Pool, on the wall centered inside the water, is a differently colored part. Touch it to reveal a Croteam Papyrus and a +200 armor.

-
6) After swimming through the pool into the temple, turn around. Go to the left and right corners are some switches, press both of them to open a secret door near the Obelisk, in the middle of the Ankh pool. The door leads to a room with a blob-like thing and a +100 health.

-
7) Before the Marsh Hopper fight, in the room with the two pools, dive in the pool on the left, and touch the differently colored wall to reveal a path to a spherical room with abnormal gravity. (in Serious Sam HD, this room has normal gravity.)

-
8) In the last area, there is a differently colored small spot on the wall on the left. Walk through it to find a secret ammo pack.

-
9) Eventually, in the last area, it will say that the "Secret Health has been Enabled" at some point (when the Werebull and Major Biomechanoid fight occurs). It is opposite of #7, pick it up to register the secret.

1) On the left side of Luxor, where you pick up the Golden Heart, in the first area, there's a building with a health bottle inside it. You need to pick up the health bottle, not just walk over it, and some enemies will spawn, and the ceiling will lower. Once the ceiling drops, collect all the items on it.

-
2) Before you exit the left side of Luxor, when you have the heart, go to the right corner next to the exit to find a bouncer. Use it to bounce up and get a health bottle. There's another bouncer behind the health bottle, use it to get to the roof of the opposite building.

-
3) While on the roof of the opposite building from #2, there is a differently colored wall. Blow it up to find some ammo.

-
4) On the right side of Luxor, where you pick up the Feather, in the first area, there are 5 pillars. Use the SBC Cannon to blow up the pillar on the left, in front of you as you enter, and the pillar back in the right. This will spawn some ammo on the last destroyed pillar's position.

-
5) When you enter the area where you get the feather, immediately turn and walk left. There's a bounce pad that will take you to a +100 health in an alley.

-
6) Before leaving the right side of Luxor, with the feather, turn around and jump on the adjacent building of the door. You'll see a differently colored part on it. Shoot it to lower a platform, which will take you to a secret room with some enemies and items. Shoot it again to rise it. You can do this indefinitely.

-
7) In the spike bit, jump in its center. You will get teleported into a secret place before you are killed by the spikes. I'm pretty sure the teleportation only works once, so don't do it again.

-
8) After you collect all ankhs in the final area, when you walk towards the door, immediately turn left and head for the other door, which will lead you to the Sacred Yards.

1) In the area with Pinky, shoot a rocket at the pillar/small obelisk in the middle to reveal a secret health.

-
2) When you're in the left area with the Sphinx, as you see the platform rising, immediately shoot a rocket at it to blow it up. It will explode, and you'll be able to pick up the Sphinx just like that.

-
3) After you hit all the switches in the left area with the Sphinx, go behind the platform that has the Sphinx on it (or had, if you destroyed it), and use the switch. That will rise a platform which will allow you to pick up the secret +100 health and armor.

-
4) In the other sphinx room (not where #1 was) there is a backpack to your left as you come in the door. Go chase after it. The wall will close on you, forcing you into an open area with a large pyramid. To the left behind of the pyramid is a Serious Pack.

-
5) Opposite of #4, walk behind the Pyramid, to its right is a +100 health.

-
6) As you're pushed by the wall into an open area with a pyramid, clear all enemies, then look for some Croteam Bigheads coming out from a door. Enter the door and hit the switch to turn the pyramid into a bunch of crates.

-
7) In the right area with the Sphinx, go to the left platform, and jump on the button, and then on the ledge on what the button is on, and from there, jump onto the ledge sticking out of the wall to get a +200 armor.

-
8) Opposite #7, there's a +100 health.

-
9) In the right area with the Sphinx, do NOT hit any switch to make the water level rise. Instead, go to the "middle" platform with the switch, jump on it, and from there jump behind the wall into the Sphinx and pick it up. This will not count as a secret if you have raised the water level.

-
10) Still in the same area, there's a platform sticking out on the left, near the middle platform. Shoot it with a rocket. This rises a platform in the opposite position of where the blown up one used to be.

0) No secrets available.
